Refund policy

At greenityMonster, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers must contact us before returning any product. Items must generally be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

2. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at Team@greenityMonster.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return or report an issue, email Team@greenityMonster.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Please wait for our instructions before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at Team@greenityMonster.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production or has shipped. Custom orders that have already been produced may not be eligible for cancellation, except where required by applicable law.

6. EXCHANGES

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us to discuss a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received an approved refund, first check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If you still need help, email Team@greenityMonster.com.
