Welcome to greenityMonster! We sell custom Grinch-inspired products.
These Terms explain the basic conditions for using our store and placing
an order. By purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms.

Please review before publishing: Replace the bracketed details

1. About greenityMonster

greenityMonster is an independent store offering custom Grinch-inspired
items. Unless expressly stated otherwise, greenityMonster is not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Dr. Seuss
Enterprises or any owner of Grinch-related intellectual property.

2. Products and Custom Orders

  • Product photos, colors, sizes, and finishes are provided to help
    customers understand what they are purchasing. Small differences may
    occur because of lighting, screens, materials, or the
    handmade/custom nature of an item.
  • Please read each listing carefully, including the description, size,
    materials, and what is included.
  • If you request a personalized or custom-made item, please check all
    details you provide before submitting your order.
  • Custom products may vary slightly from one item to another.
  • We reserve the right to correct listing errors or update product
    details. Any change to an order already placed will be handled with
    the customer.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Please make sure your
shipping address and contact details are correct before completing
checkout. If there is a problem with an order, we may contact you using
the details provided at checkout.

4. Pricing

Prices and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may
update prices for future orders, but a price change will not alter an
order that has already been accepted, except where required by law or
agreed with the customer.

5. Processing and Shipping

Order processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipment

Estimated delivery time: Estimated delivery is 8–10 business days for the USA and 10–15 business days for worldwide destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs
inspections, weather, and other events outside our control may affect
delivery. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery
address and for any import duties or taxes charged by their local
authorities, where applicable.

If a parcel appears lost, delayed, or damaged, contact us at \(your customer-service email\) with your order details so we can review the
issue.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Your return and refund policy: Customers can request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Custom items may have different return conditions, subject to applicable law.

Order cancellations: Customers may cancel their order within 1 day of placing it. After 2 days, cancellations may not be accepted because the order may have already been shipped.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at Team@greenitymonster.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with our policy and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

The greenityMonster store name, original product photographs,
descriptions, and original designs created by our store may not be
copied or reused without permission, subject to applicable law.

Grinch-related names, characters, and artwork may be protected by
third-party intellectual-property rights. Our use of descriptive terms
does not imply official licensing, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Customers should not assume a product is officially licensed unless the
listing explicitly and truthfully says so.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our store, submit fraudulent orders, interfere
with the website, or provide unlawful content or information. We may
take reasonable steps to address suspected fraud or misuse, consistent
with applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, greenityMonster is not
responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the
store or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing
in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where
doing so would be unlawful.

our store will apply to future use and orders, subject to applicable
