• Custom-made products may require additional preparation time.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, we will provide tracking information by email when available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at Team@greenityMonster.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been shipped.
